Snow Sports
Trappers Ridge has three ski resorts within a short drive. Just six miles up the road is Powder Mountain, and looking across the valley from Trappers Ridge you can see both the Snowbasin Resort and Nordic Valley Ski Resort. Cross-country skiers and snowshoers can enjoy miles of trails in North Fork Park, and snowmobiling enthusiasts can access trails in the Monte Cristo area east of Ogden Valley.

Wolf Creek Golf Course which overlooks the Ogden Valley is a semi-private course which is known both for its challenging layout and its stunning scenery.

Water Sports and Fishing
Pineview Reservoir offers outstanding opportunities for boating and other water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, paddleboarding, water skiing, swimming, and fishing (both in summer and winter). In addition, the Ogden River and the South Fork of the Ogden River provide very good trout fishing for anglers.


Tennis
Trappers Ridge has its own tennis court which is also marked with pickleball lines. In addition, an outdoor tennis complex is located nearby at Snowcrest Junior High School.

Hiking
Trappers Ridge walking trails connect to the Wolf Creek and Weber Pathways trails in Ogden Valley. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails throughout the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, as well as those at North Fork Park, Powder Mountain, and Snowbasin Resort.
Tennis
Trappers Ridge has its own tennis court which is also marked with pickleball lines. In addition, an outdoor tennis complex is located nearby at Snowcrest Junior High School.
