The Trappers Ridge Board of Directors has completed the task of re-writing the community Rules and Regulations.  This is the final step in creating a thoroughly researched and updated set of governing documents that will protect the rights and privileges of all Trappers Ridge homeowners.
In accordance with Utah’s Community Association Act, Section 57-8a-217, an open forum Board meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 10th at 10:00 am at the clubhouse.  This meeting will give all Association Members an opportunity to comment on the proposed new rules.  If you are unable to attend, please send your comments to the board via email at  We ask that you keep them concise and to the point. All comments and suggestions are welcome.  We look forward to seeing you in September!
