THE TRAPPERS RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING

Dear Trappers Ridge Homeowners:

You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Trappers Ridge Homeowners Association 2021 Annual Meeting.  A full agenda is forthcoming.  Among other topics, we will cover the following.

ELECTION: The Board has three (3) positions to fill for the calendar years 2021 and 2022.  A ballot with the four candidates vying for the three positions was originally sent to you in early December.  That same ballot is part of this package.  Ballots must be received no later than February 18, 2021 at 5:00 pm.  You may mail your completed ballot to the Association Secretary at 5801 E. Elkhorn Drive or scan and email your ballot to trappersridgehoa@gmail.com.  A final count of the ballots will occur after the Annual Meeting and results will be announced on Friday, February 19th.

BUDGET & FINANCIALS: The adopted Budget for the Fiscal Year 2021 was sent to all members in October of last year.  At this meeting we will discuss the Fiscal Year 2020 Expenses (actual), the approved 2021 Budget, the Reserve Fund Analysis and Homeowner Assessments.

LANDSCAPING:  Tree replacement and major landscape improvement projects.
